Natoora Italian Aubergine, Organic (Extra Large)

The large round aubergine is a similar variety to the more traditional long, black aubergine. Far meatier, with less seeds and an incomparable flavour, we regard it in higher esteem. Grown primarily in Sicily, its shape makes for easier peeling and grilling. A fantastic vegetable, aubergine is excellent when paired with tomatoes, cheese, garlic and middle eastern spices.
